The Mending Field

Every day, the people who show up for animals absorb loss and trauma with nowhere built specifically for them to recover. Compassion fatigue and moral injury are the leading causes of burnout and turnover in animal advocacy and professional service spaces. The Mending Field is a place to put that weight down and breathe.

The Mending Field will be a private, 20+ acre retreat set aside exclusively for people who work and volunteer for animals. No agenda, no mission, no expectations - just quiet acreage, open sky, and room to breathe.
Guests camp or "glamp" on the land, gather around fire circles, walk trails, and reconnect with the natural world. Wellness services will be offered.
